Cancellation requests for LL&M Winter Symposium must be received in writing by completing this form or postmarked by January 5, 2026. Upon receipt of a compliant cancellation notice, a refund will be issued, less a cancellation fee of $150.00 (or the full registration amount, whichever is less).
Registrants wishing to cancel may instead transfer their registration to another individual without penalty, as long as a written request for registration transfer, including the replacement individual's name and contact information, is sent by January 29, 2026.
Cancellations received after January 5, 2026, will not be refunded. If you do not cancel in advance, no refund will be issued once the event has concluded, whether or not you participated in the event.
Credit vouchers may be offered if the program is suspended or shortened due to conditions or circumstances beyond HMP Global’s control, including but not limited to interruptions in internet services, power outages, and any cancellations/modifications related to a recognized health threat as defined by the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control, or a local government authority or health agency.
